UAF Theatre Majors are required to participate either in semester Audition Monologue Assessment, or in semester portfolio reviews. All are welcome to attend, even if just as an observer.
IN THE FALL: Bring your complete portfolio - even if you haven't put it together yet – and an updated complete resume, so that the faculty may look them. This will allow us to determine your status and where you are in your development, and also give you feedback as to how to improve your portfolio and resume so that you are prepared for Spring Portfolio Review and seeking employment after graduation.
Your complete portfolio constitutes all of your work in various areas of theater to date.
PLEASE ALSO EMAIL YOUR RESUME AND COVER LETTER TO THE FACULTY FOR FEEDBACK by Thursday, 9/6 @ 5pm. Theatre.UAF@alaska.edu
Exactly what should be in your portfolio?
Examples of your work on productions - this may include:
Class work that displays your technical or artistic proficiencies.
Should bring (and e-mail) a copy of your resume, and prepare a demo reel of your work, and a complete press packet for one of the projects you’ve worked on.
